Job Role - Junior Customer Success Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Being a part of customer support team to deliver 10/10 support to customers
• Responding to emails, calls, whats-app
• Diagnosing bugs and issues
• Dispute resolution in a manner that leaves both customers and chefs happy
• Ensure all bookings are going smoothly
• Answering any questions, helping them with their portal, and setting chefs up for success
• Making sure any bookings are reassigned to new chefs and it goes smoothly
• Deliver insights from customer/ chef interactions for continuous product improvement.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by YHangry.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an junior customer success manager at YHangry is Rs 50,000 per month approximately which will be around 6.0 lakhs per year.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview.
