• Customer Communication
• Engage with end customers through email communication
• Draft clear and concise emails for effective communication with clients
• Handle rare instances of customer inquiries or issues via phone calls
• Ensure professional and empathetic communication to address customer queries
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the Postman API for document-related tasks
• SLA awareness and adherence
• Develop a thorough understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) applicable to the role
• Operate efficiently to meet or exceed SLA requirements consistently.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
