• Support internal client activities, alerting customer success specialists of time sensitive matters related to their client’s cases
• Track accurately incoming client volume, ensuring new requests are appropriately assigned within the aligned service levels
• Ensure all analyst interaction sessions were successfully completed and delivered to clients without any incident
• Work closely with other coordinators, colleagues and research teams to provide clients with timely communications
• Track all client-related requests in Forrester's customer relationship management (CRM) database
• Troubleshooting any technical issues for our clients or internal employees
• Support ad hoc projects related to customer success services as needed.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Forrester.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Client Operations Specialist at Forrester is Rs 37,500 per month approximately which will be around 4.5 lakhs per year.
