Job Role - Online Executives.

Location of Job - Work From Home and Office. It has a hybrid work style and office location will be Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Monitor and analyze the pricing of Xiaomi products and competitive products in the market. Ensure that Xiaomi's pricing strategy is competitive and aligned with market trends
• Track and enhance the online visibility of Xiaomi products on various e-commerce platforms. Optimize product listings and content to improve visibility and discoverability
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate and implement promotional schemes. Ensure that scheme details are standardized across different platforms
• Replicate successful online sales strategies across multiple platforms. Keep a close watch on stock levels and work to minimize Out of Stock (OOS) instances
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create effective call outs and banner refreshes. Ensure that product information is accurately reflected in banners and promotional materials
• Generate and maintain reports to track online sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to the Online Sales Team based on data analysis
• Develop and manage checklists for online sales events. Ensure all necessary tasks are completed in preparation for special sales events and promotions.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be at least graduates.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Xiaomi.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Online Executives at Xiaomi is Rs 29,160 per month approximately which will be around 3.5 lakhs per year.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and two rounds of virtual interview.
