Job Role - Operations Executive.

Location of Job - Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database
• Manage day-to-day operations (CRM, Email & Chat)
• This role will require flexibility on hours - on some days early morning or late night hours might be required
• Be responsible for timeliness, lead conversion and team management
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of the trial.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by JET Learn.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Operations Executive at JET Learn is Rs 35,000 per month approximately which will be around 4.2 lakhs per year.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Basic technology skills
• High learning ability to understand the industry, geography, key terminologies, concepts, and product quickly to be effective in the role
• Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills quickly.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
