Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, adhere to tickets SLAs and create a company-wide customer feedback loop
• Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to increase renewal rates and reduce churn
• Work closely with a product/tech team to explore the feasibility of technical enhancement requests
• Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product team.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by InFeedo.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Success Associate at InFeedo is Rs 55,000 per month approximately which will be around 6.6 lakhs per year.
