Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Assist in managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee on-boarding and performance evaluation
• Support the administration team in day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth office operations
• Collaborate with project managers on various projects and contribute to their successful execution
• Assist in financial tasks such as accounting, taxation and budgeting
• Support the engineering team in various maintenance and research activities
• Maintain and coordinate regarding policies
• Drafting email and communication to be sent out from HR to all employees.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a master's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by G4S.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an HR Management Trainee at G4S is Rs 30,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.7 lakhs per year.
