Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Evaluate existing support processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Utilize Python scripting skills to automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency
- Create detailed technical documents, including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to ensure clear and accurate communication across the support team
- Collect and analyze support metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention. Generate reports and provide insights to support operational decision-making
- Work closely with development, quality assurance, and product management teams to provide feedback on product improvements, communicate support needs, and drive issue resolution
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of support team members, share best practices, and promote knowledge sharing within the team
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices related to support operations, scripting, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Operations Support Analyst at Egnyte is Rs 41,600 per month approximately which will be around 5.0 lakhs per year.
