• Assist in the development and execution of growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and trends in the industry
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Assist in managing and optimizing our website and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Support the team in conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be at least graduates.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Springworks.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Growth Marketing Intern at Springworks is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.
