Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Collaborate with the internal (product, technology, customer support) teams and external stakeholders to solve any blockers
• Maintain daily/weekly trackers and reports to capture on-ground activities, track performance metrics and provide visibility to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain documentation for operational procedures, ensuring that processes are well-documented and easily accessible to team members
• Identify bottlenecks and process improvements and find solutions to them
• Contribute to product development by providing insights based on day-to-day operations/ processes.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by SmallCase.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Operations Executive at SmallCase is Rs 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 4.0 lakhs per year.
