• Help to improve the online search experience
• Increase and improve the data of AI
• Give rating by following the rules of the project, keeping in mind the views of the people and common facts
• Follow instructions in the English language and follow project rules to the client's expectation
• Required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect client confidentiality.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Welocalize.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Hindi Search Quality Rater at Welocalize is Rs 28,600 per month approximately which will be around 3.2 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Proficiency in Hindi language
• English language proficiency
• Deep understanding of popular Indian culture
• You may not participate in any other search or ad rating program (such as "Internet assessor"; "ads evaluator" etc...) other than the "Search Quality rating program"
• Have not worked for “Ads Quality Rating” now or ever before
• You must be the only person in your household to act as a "Search Quality Rater"
• Strong knowledge of the web as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent online research skills
• Reliable computer system and Internet connection
  Having reliable anti-virus software (you'll be using the web a lot when you work).
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview.
