Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail.

• Providing phone, e-mail support for travel related requests with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency
• Counseling travelers on travel products/ services
• Provide travel policy related clarifications
• Primary point of contact for relocation travel
• Provide navigational support on Adobe Travel tools
• Work with suppliers to ensure employees receive Adobe negotiated rates
• Support tax team on GST related inputs and documents
• Responsible for responding to queries through mailbox and Service Now tickets
• Additional responsibilities may include, customer service issue follow-up and resolution, visa and/or passport queries, voids, refunds, exchanges, and complex bookings
• Working with visa team for employee support
• Provide best in class customer service and create the wow experiences to internal customers
• Deliver First Contact Resolution through anticipating customers needs and providing value added solutions
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Innover Digital.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Travel Program Coordinator at Innover Digital is Rs 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 4.0 lakhs per year.
