Location of Job - Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail.

• Champion a people first approach to deliver an exceptional employee experience
• Implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants
• Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, rolling out offers etc
• Help onboard new hires and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Promote employee well-being and creating a healthy work place
• Manage employee on-boarding process
• Manage internal HR systems and databases.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder (pursuing).

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Fampay.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an People Operations Intern at Fampay is Rs 20,800 - 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 2.5 - 4.0 lakhs per year.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
