• Execution of preset SOPs for the team that you are responsible for
• Collecting feedback from learners, instructors and stakeholders for successful planning and execution for the future
• Building successful playbooks to scale
• Coordination between teams to provide swift resolution to prospective students
• To research and plan high-impact growth experiments and initiatives
• Work with stakeholders across engineering, strategy, and the marketing team to execute the above initiatives
• Monitor the overall program health
• Plan and execute campaigns to improve outcomes
• Have some proficiency in Google sheets, docs, slides.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Scaler.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Business Operations Associate at Scaler is Rs 32,500 per month approximately which will be around 3.9 lakhs per year.
