- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and recognition
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence and engaging with the online community
- Support the product marketing team in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for financial products
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends
- Contribute to the organization of promotional events and activities to promote the brand and its offerings
- Execute Twitter spaces, Instagram live, Masterclasses.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Paytm.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Paym money associate at Paytm is Rs 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 4.0 lakhs per year.
