Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Source passive candidates and search through resume databases for the most fit candidates
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with the recruiting managers, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
• Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
• Work on employer branding plan, social media campaigns, find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our external sources/sources as needed
• Work with the hiring managers to execute our 30-60-90 day plan. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates. Be responsible for owning pre-engagement activities before joining.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by InFeedo.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Talent Acquisition Intern at InFeedo is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.
