Job Role - Customer Success Associates (Video KYC).

Location of Job - Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail.

• Conduct remote KYC (Know Your Customer) verification's of customers via video call
• Ensure that all KYC procedures are followed as per the regulatory guidelines
• Gather and verify customer information, including personal and financial information, by asking appropriate questions
• Review customer documents to ensure they are valid and genuine
• Accurately input customer information into relevant databases and systems
• Handle customer queries and provide guidance on the video KYC process
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer interactions
• Ensure that all data is kept confidential and secure
• Follow up with customers and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and processes related to KYC.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Fampay.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Success Associate at Fampay is Rs 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 4.0 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Good Communication Skills (Hindi / English + Any regional language)
• Should be fluent in Hindi and any regional language
• Brownie points if you are open to working in night shifts and/ or rotational day shift.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
