Job Role - Lead Business Analyst.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Finops workshops with engineering teams and AWS teams
- Work with the cloud products, architecture and engineering teams to develop cloud governance and adoption policies
- Lead the coordination with Finance and leadership teams (Heads of) across Kmart group IT to develop and improve our Cloud forecasting model
- Develop user stories to deploy Finops requirements and cloud governance best practices through automation
- Drive and maintain senior leadership engagement and alignment, facilitating and supporting key decisions around Finops and Cloud governance
- Ability to consistently and positively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Anko.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Lead Business Analyst at Anko is Rs 29,160 per month approximately which will be around 3.5 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Creative and inventive, always finds a way forward; eternal optimist with a committed drive for impact
- Implement public cloud learning journeys for various profiles (user personas) to effectively train and upskill Kmart group software engineers and production support teams on technology platforms like AWS/ Sumologic etc
- Strategise with the Cloud Products, engineering teams to understand specific learning needs. Conduct scoping sessions and make recommendations
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
- Strong intuition for business and ability to comfortably dive into any area of the business, develop a deep understanding, and craft execution plans
- An understanding of data in a sophisticated and complex enterprise system landscape, including data governance, quality, and standardization
- Consulting industry focused on Cloud or Analytics
- Finops Practice or CCOE
- Platform engineering or Cloud COEs
- Data analytics.
Selection Process
- The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once
candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and
virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these
rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their
registered email id.
