Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member and complete all allocated tasks
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
• Good knowledge /Experience in Market Research Tools/ Analytics / Research
• Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be pursuing/ passed a graduate degree or postgraduate degree in any discipline

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Sprinto.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Market Research Intern at Sprinto is Rs 22,000 per month approximately which will be around 2.6 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Knowledge of venture capital and investing or prior experience in this domain is preferred
• Knowledge of tools like Crunch base, Apollo and other mailing tools is preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SAAS industry
• Data-driven. Strong ability to analyze data to derive insights and make decisions.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
