• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Chat Support at Safeguard Global is Rs 17,000 - 19,000 per month approximately which will be around 2.6 lakhs per year.
