Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail.

• Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries
• Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades
• Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager
• Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention preferred.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Groww.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Success Executive at Groww is Rs 27,600 per month approximately which will be around 3.2 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Eagerness to learn about the company's products and their capabilities
• Ability to manage high volume of inbound customer queries
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple  terms
• Ability to empathize with the customer and high customer centricity
