• You will be part of the team which ensures supply of curated listings to the Airbnb ecosystem and will work on the product releases which are announced in the Airbnb Press Release 
• You will be creating an impact by effective and recognizable contribution towards summer and winter product launches of the company
• You will be trained on Vetting operations
• Hosting Business Operations alongside other gatekeepers, quality specialists, supervisors and quality insight analysts
  providing training / shadowing / on-boarding support to new joiners as process expert
• Reporting daily productivity numbers
• Keeping a track of any important communication from relevant stakeholders (internal and external) in order to achieve common business goals.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Airbnb.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Quality Specialists at Airbnb is Rs 33,300 per month approximately which will be around 4.0 lakhs per year.

• Ability to interpret and apply confluence photo quality guidelines and QA standards
