• Build deep product know-how, ensure user satisfaction, and design solutions to all user pain points
• Manage incoming customer queries via various channels promptly
• Work cross-functionally with various departments and channel feedback to the correct teams
• Work on ensuring quick response time, and ensure a stellar customer experience
• Proactively review the user journey, find and work upon areas of improvement
• Taking a consultative approach to helping customers overcome issues and achieve goals to provide them with a 7-star experience

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by UltraHuman.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an User Experience Athelete at UltraHuman is Rs 31,200 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.
