Job Role - Customer Support Intern.

Location of Job - Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Help implement processes to ensure everyone in the team is adhering.
• Gather data from our CRM system on a daily /weekly basis and ensure good hygiene is followed by everyone on the team
• Follow up with and report to relevant stakeholders as guided
• Available between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
• Conduct desk research (e.g. internet search and compilation, review of research reports)
• Assist with any current activities.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be at least 12th pass.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Sprinto.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Support Intern at Sprinto is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Excellent English skills
• Willing to learn
  
• Day Shift (09:00 am - 06:00 pm).
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
