Job Role - Customer Experience Associate.

Location of Job - Work From Home will be the job location and training will be in Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail.

• You will be responsible for assisting our customers with their concerns and ensure they have a good experience with Headout, every time
• Provide our guests a delightful experience even in the case of an escalation
• You will be handling inbound queries from our guests on any of the platforms like chats, calls or social media
• You will work with many internal teams to effectively communicate with our guests and solve their queries
• You will take initiatives that would make our internal processes more efficient.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Headout.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Experience Associate at Headout is Rs 35,000 per month approximately which will be around 4.2 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Organized and process-driven, with an itch to improve anything sub-optimal
• You think long term while solving problems and not focus on immediate fixes
• This role requires working in different shifts on a rotational basis, with rotational week offs.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
