Job Role - Back Office Executives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Assist and give adequate support to administrative personnel in their daily tasks
• Assist and coordinate with the IT and Inventory departments
• Rectify any inconsistencies in the Records.
  Assist inventory control workers in keeping inventory data up to date
• Data management - Enter data into Excel/Google Sheet accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT inventory
• Coordinate with the admin/Inventory team for courier of IT Assets and Peripherals
• Fetching the data and preparing reports from the same.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Uplers.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Back Office Executive at Uplers is Rs 35,000 per month approximately which will be around 4.2 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Having a very good knowledge of MS Excel and its formulas
• Having knowledge of Google sheet will be an added advantage
• Certification course on MS Office software is compulsory
• Having Good written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
