Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Identifying training needs for all employees and different business functions (both behavioral and functional)
• Design, plan and execute learning strategies and programs (as per L&D Framework) along with business heads and training partners for Junior to mid management employees
• Measure training impact / effectiveness of all training programs and take counter measures
• Deliver training sessions on behavioral competencies for Junior to mid management employees
• Implement various learning interventions - Digital Mindset, Enterprise Risk Management
• Prepare dashboards, MIS Reporting and Analytics and Dept Audit Support
• Maintaining budget and managing relationships with Training Partners and Consultants.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder and have done MBA in HR.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Maruti Suzuki.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Learning and Development Manager at Maruti Suzuki is Rs 55,800 per month approximately which will be around 6.7 lakhs per year.
