Job Role - Senior Executive.
Location of Job - Bangalore will be the job location for this hiring.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Assisting planning and implementation of Workplace innovations
- Delivering against the IT Workplace Roadmap
- Translating the strategic view into deliverables for the team
- Participating in regular Service Review meetings with suppliers to monitor progress against issues and to ensure that the agreed level of service is maintained
- Managing Service Improvement Plans with suppliers and holding them accountable for deliver
- Reviewing and continuously improving the overall service management processes
- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on the best use of the technology
- Continually looking for opportunities to improve the service.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Unilever.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Senior Executive at Unilever is Rs 62,500 per month approximately which will be around 7.5 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Candidate needs to have excellent language and communication skills, but prime language will be English to manage escalation between the Tier 1 and the suppliers support teams
- The candidate must have a flexible way of working due to the nature of supporting global services. There may be times where it is required to work outside of normal business hours
- Experience of Workplace, Travel and Security applications would be advantageous
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships across different cultures
- Experience of working with supplier relations would be an advantage
- Knowledge on relational database systems such as MS SQL server
- Strong working knowledge of Cyber Security and Data Privacy processes
- Good Knowledge in MS Excel
- Service and Customer focused
- Excellent and proven detailed analytical competencies
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements
- Strong commitment to quality assurance processes, particularly project delivery in order to maintain the highest levels of operational service.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
