Job Role - Graphic Designer/ Video Editor.

Location of Job - Bangalore will be the job location for this hiring.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of Graphic Designing
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty images
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
• Experimenting with styles and techniques
• Understanding how different platforms need different creatives (e.g. Social Media vs Website) and knowing exactly what creatives work best on what platform
• Knowing how to position the collateral, (new or current) so it will create the biggest amount of virality and engagement in a video
• Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the team
• Being able to think in storytelling through designs, images and text, be creative and understand industry trends
• Supporting to create systems and processes to make the process faster.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Vedantu.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Graphic Designer/ Video Editor at Vedantu is Rs 31,600 per month approximately which will be around 3.8 lakhs per year.

• Strong hands-on experience with software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional software is a plus
• Creative and artistic skills
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects

• Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing
• Good Interpersonal Skills and communication
• A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication towards work
• Organizational and time management skills

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
