Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Undertaking a range of community initiatives designed to grow and retain the student community on Vedantu's YouTube channels
• Communicate to students via comments and email and resolve their queries
• Building a funnel to identify the problem faced by students, interacting with cross-team members and providing feedback to the student's comments on Instagram and YouTube
• Planning community engagement post, subjective and objective polls, notes and PDF sharing
• Advanced management of social networks, creating posts and their measurement and analysis
• Monitor and maintain the quality of posts on the telegram channels & YouTube community
• Brand and influencer engagement related initiatives
• Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote vernacular language channels.

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Sutherland.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Community Manager at Vedantu is Rs 44,160 per month approximately which will be around 5.3 lakhs per year.
