• Launch new cities and categories in existing cities in North Region
• Build new channels and partnerships for sourcing new drivers and supply
• Initiate and run strategic projects for growing North region
• Solve business challenges through operational excellence based on robust analysis. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps
• Driver lifecycle management for regional categories, new driver training, early lifecycle hand holding
• Manage analytics for driver lifecycle management, driver profiling and driver quality
• Category expansion in multiple North cities with zero to one project
• Analytics to monitor driver behavior in expansion cities and identity optimum driver cohorts to increase trips
• Work with Quality team to improve driver quality and design quality auctioning programs.

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
