• Drive the performance of a team of consultants/ content writers/ editors, meeting and exceeding all KPI targets
• Strengthen relationships. manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team
• Inform leadership on the latest trends of end-user customers and provide feedback to Ops Managers
• Conduct calibration exercises with the leads to standardize writing style guide and quality check grading
• Create/ improve training curriculum to quickly train new team members
• To effectively manage process adherence, break adherence and schedule adherence
• Strategize and provide future direction based on client and team inputs to meet productivity goals any process change and create opportunities to grow the team.
