Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Using our in-house curriculum and frameworks to provide 1-1 feedback and coaching to students, at the core of which lies an understanding how recruitment and selection works to a smaller extent, and the cognitive and emotional needs of different adult learners to a larger extent
• Orienting external Experts/Mentors who will help us with the same, to ensure that students are getting timely feedback and that its quality is consistently upheld across the board
• Planning and facilitating user-centric, differentiated interventions for students as necessary, using analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to assessing their learning outputs from training and performance in the placement process
• Feedback would be in oral and written format, which could be face-to-face, through documentation or using interactive and video messaging tools
• Supporting efforts towards continuously improving our training modules, bringing the best technological tools to implementing training and coaching at scale.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Kraftshala.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Human Skills Trainer at Kraftshala is Rs 37,500 per month approximately which will be around 4.5 lakhs per year.

Experienced or Fresher - Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training or coaching individuals. Freshers are not eligible for Kraftshala.
