• Valid property & casualty license preferred
• Assist in developing and implementing global and regional insurance and risk financing programs
• Work with multiple entities in the review and procurement of new and existing insurance programs
• Establish, implement and monitor standard insurance processes and procedures which are consistent with company’s global standards
• Gathering and interpreting complex corporate risk financing data to support insurance programs and other risk retention strategies
• Assist in the coordination and quantification of claims data to support insurance programs and other risk retention strategies
• Assist with claim development and collection processes.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by MetLife.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Insurance Associate at MetLife is Rs 30,100 per month approximately which will be around 3.5 lakhs per year.
