• Serve on a team of fellow system administrators for a salesforce org with 1.7k users
• Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, production support, and other routine tasks
• Investigate and resolve issues and design preventative guardrails that will not impact other business use cases
• In partnership with the Product Management team, compliment agile stories/ acceptance criteria across larger epics with technical use cases to aid with needed customized development
• Review the system on an appropriate cadence to evaluate outdated processes, fields and design elements
• Actively pursue additional technical knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and apply learning's to new business needs or existing processes.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
